Most good gyms have a way to measure your bodyfat, that or you can invest in a fat checker that measures your bf by sending waves through your body and telling how dense you are. You could by an caliper that pinches you thigh, gut, and pec and then average the mesurement to get you bf%. hope i helped. the caliper shouldn't be no more than $15

buy a bodyfat caliper. they are cheap.
