For those of you on a low-carb diet for cutting what do you bro's eat other than ham, eggs chicken or just meat in general, I just finished a week of it and I cannot stand eating that much meat it's just too much I almost get sick, anything else that would make a ok meal with little or no carbs. I know cheese is a good one for protein but something else with it please. I am on my carb up right now on the weekend and need something else for Monday, thanks for any advice

Lowcarb diets are hell, aren't they?

Try mozzarella and pepperoni, it's close enough to pizza. Bacon is always good and fatty. I also like nuts (watch out and don't eat too many cashews because of the carbs) because there are so few crunchy things to eat on this diet.

Bacon, sausage, beef jerky, hamburger patties w/garlic pepper, nuts (watch the carbs), tuna fixed anyway you like it. Probably everything here you've tried, it becomes very repetetive, just keep changing the way you prepare each meal. I take in alot of flazseed oil and olive oil by the tablespoon, that fills me up pretty good.

Thanks bro's I will try a few of those hope it helps nuts sounds like a better idea and I will watch the carbs, but thanks for the input

One more questiion how are you guys on ECA with the low carb diets, does it make it even worse or better
