My chest will NOT grow! I am on my first cycle ever- d-bol and sust. and every muscle has gotten stronger/larger, except for my chest. What should I do? Should I start working chest twice a week or what type of workout should I do for chest once a week? Thanks guys. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

you're fucked, bad genetics, sorry dude...stick with the confusion principle, it's your best bet. just vary your chest routine constantly, sometimes using shock treatent too (same muscle group 2 days in a row). etc. just read up, but if you're chest never grows, it's not likley to start, unless you fix a shitty diet (if you indeed have a shitty diet). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
