How many people have use test (any test) for and extended period of time without a break, say two years or so? What are the sides? I'm sure some will think this is a moronic question, but what's to stop someone from using test in reasonable doses forever?

While this remains a possibility it is not a given. It would be more advisable for you or who ever to take a total of 6 weeks off every 6 months followed by hcg and clomid.

I've been on test for 6 months now, only side has been acne, on the chest with sustas and on the back with enathate and cypionate.
I dont intend taking a break just yet, as for shutting down my own test production ?? Well I am no bio chemist but, I think I will take the chance for a few more months yet.

How much test you doing a week.
Are you talking 250mg week or more
I have been looking into test therapy and
there numbers range from 50-400mg test enath every 2 4 week that like a 100mg a week
for extended duration.

Test forever = HPTA never = potential for a lot of shit to go wrong.
Truth is, no one knows what will happen on extended test cycles. You may just become infertile or maybe worse. Your HPTA may never recover. This has not been researched in humans as it woudl be unethical. However, most Rhesus monkeys never recovered their natural baseline levels after 30 months of extended low dose testosterone therapy.
However, IG could be right. It may not happen like that in humans. How about you go for it and let us know... Wouldn't you like to be a case study?
