Just working on making the stuff up using Mr. A's kit and having a few problems...I crushed up the pellets, but them in vial one, put the oil in immediately thereafter, let it set overnight. The following morning I could still see about 3/16" of the crushed up pellets at the bottom. I boiled it up today but there still remains a 1/16" layer of the fina pellets on the bottom after over 3 hrs of swirling in boiling water. What did I do wrong and any suggestions? The current solution is 1 1/4" piss yellow, 1/4" orange, 1/16" white pellets. Thanks,     | ||

so you are saying you dumped the pellets into the magic solution and added the oil right away? If so, it is just going to take a while for the pellets to dissolve because you diluted the magic solution. Heating it wont help much. Just swirl the shit often and wait. | ||

Yeah, I just added it right away...the directions I had said nothing to the contrary... As for swirling, can I do this w/ some type of household utensil? The pills/whatever seem to be sticking to the bottom of the vial. | ||

I used the flat end of a Bic ink pen to break them up once. Next time break them up first. | ||

it doesnt matter if they are sticking to the bottom really. The reason you are swirling it is to keep the magic solution mixed around in there and in contact with the pellets. If you unstick the pellets, they will just sink to the bottom again anyway. | ||

Since he has weakened the magic sol crushing them will speed the process greatly. | ||

there you go. Do yourself a favor next time and wait till the pellets are dissolved before adding the oil. It is also helpful to crush them up. |
