I have to say deadlifts & Lat pulldowns and don't forget the one arm dumbell rows. I know for a short guy they blow my back up bigtime if done right. | ||

Maybe you guys can educate me but how does deadlifts make your back huge, Ronnie doesn't have a huge lower back and he deads 800lbs. Enlighten me. | ||

picture the back similar to a tree you have the trunk(lower),mid and width. any pull up or pull down will add width to the lats.bent over rows,one arm DB rows and seated rows add thickness to the mid.dead lifts,hyper extentions target the lower.pick 2 from each category and alternate them every other week. | ||
