What the fuck is this shit? Out of nowhere, my right knee swelled up yesterday, hot to the touch, painful as hell. I figured I had an infection from injecting calves, but the doc said it was gout. Too much protein!! And something about uric acid and the kidneys.
Anyone know anything about this for bodybuilders. I can't do what the doc's say - low protein, no red meat, no squats, there has to be some natural remedies for this. No, I don't drink.....well, a beer or two occasionally...that's it.

Dude if it is gout a natural remedy would be concentrated cherry juice. It nuetralizes uric acid this should help. A lot of old people get this and some of their doctors tell them to use it and it sure does work. You can find it at some GNC's or a health food store that really is a health nfood store. Let me know how this works. Good luck.

I was told the cherry juice isn't as good as real cherries. Don't know from personal experience but I'd remember to try as natural unfrozen and fresh as you can as an option if juice doesn't help
