Hey fellas, I am halfway through my cycle and i am goingto change up my workout routine to shock my muscles. Right no I am currently doing 5 sets of 6 on major lifts, and for minor lifts i am doing 4 sets of 8. Can you guys give me a suggestion about how to change it up.
