Thanks man. I definately do my leg lifts now almost religiously. I was wondering what dieting and exersising approaches (besides low carb and cardio 2-3 times a week) could help melt away the last layer of fat. Spot-reducing absolutely does not work from what I have learned. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

What alot of people don't understand is that you could do all the ab exercies you want but if you don't burn the bf your not going to see them and if you retain water there going to look smooth - lower you're sodium drink alot of water cut carbs completly at night and you should see a difference. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
