This is going to sound like a lame excuse, but I HAVE FAT GENETICS. I've been fat all of my life... at times obese, at other times just chubby, but I've always had a gut. It is known that after puberty, the number of fat cells in one's body is constant, only their sizes increase or decrease. However, the total number of fat cells you have in your body can largely be influenced by HOW MUCH YOU EAT AS A CHILD (i.e. before puberty). Needless to say, I ate like a friggin pig. My body vehemently resists any attempts that I make for fat loss, and I always seem to lose fat AND muscle in an almost 1 to 1 ratio! I have DUNLAP'S Disease. What? You don't know what that is? How old are you? Not to flame you intentionally, but I was a fat kid too, my brother was a VERY fat kid, and both of my parents are very obese. I think the genetics thing is BS. I have been in a gym since I was 15 (almost 15 years). I stay at about 10-12%bf when I am not dieting. My "little" brother is 6'1" and 212 with veins in his abs. All with a ton of CONSISTENT HARD WORK. Stop making excuses. Get to the gym daily and stop eating crap. You will see results. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

and what happends if this guy does a cycle of decca & sust . He will definetly pack on some muscle , and burn some fat as well . Al long as he does consistantly work out hard , and would this help him with endurance with a cardio routine ? I had a nieghbor who was fat as hell all winter , when summer came and I seen him in shorts and a tank , he was built better than me . I WOULD CONSENTRATE ON DIET AND CARDIO. THOSE ARE THE MAIN THINGS THAT WILL HELP YOU LOOSE THE FAT. THE DNP SHOULD HELP A GREAT DEAL. Diet and exercies. Try eating several small very small low calorie meals which are high in protein and complex carbs and low in fat and sugars. Do this so ur body stays in a catabolic mode. Start doing aerobic activities ie walking, bike riding. Start off easy then build up until your doing about 45 minutes of cardio every other day. Basically work your ass off use some common sense and the fat should literally fall off, (for the first 10-15% at least. Then try some drugs like DNP. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

See that is what is messed up. When you start eating one meal a day your body will start storeing all that you eat into it fat reaserves. I would bet that he has bee eating one or two meals a day allready. That is one of the reasons that he got to this point. Start to exercise. Eat many small meals a day like like previous post stated. Thanks for all the advice fellas. I've been lifting weights and doing AM cardio consistantly for about 5 years now. I ate relatively clean during that period... 4-5 small-medium sized meals per day, and made some mediocre muscle gains along with marginal fat loss... that whole time, I fluctuated around 17-21% BF. Then, I did my first AS cycle about 6 months ago, during which I ate WAY TOO MUCH... now I'm about 30 pounds heavier, but HALF of that is FAT! I'm not gonna make excuses and feel sorry for myself claiming that I'm destined to be this way b/c of my genetics... thanks for all the motivation & suggestions... Bro, you must have been living on marshmallows and mountain dew! Change your eating pattern, 6 small meals a day with an emphasis on protein. Do some research and learn how to eat, once you gain 20-30 lbs of muscle your metabolic rate will be much higher allowing you to eat more food without being FAT. Obesity runs in my family as well, my younger bro is almost 300# and fat as hell. I eat much more (but better) than him and I can stay 10-14% without cardio. Start a good dietm with 6-7 small meals/day. Do cardio and keep cycling dnp till you do below 10%. it shouldn't take a hell of time with the dnp. After you are below 10% do a bulking cycle, but don't eat too much and eat all clean. At that poinnt you'll be ready for a cutting cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

well 27% sounds high, but i wonder where and how did u get it messurd. i know all about having low metabolism and high body fat %, i've been fighting it all my life. do u'reself a favour dont start with chemicls, because your body is smarter then u and u would end up twice the fat%. cardio, and diet is the only way to do it. if u realy want to do something about yourself start doing an hour of cardio for 6 or so months, belive me that would lower your body fat (and u would keep the gains u'd make),only after a major drop in fat% u should start thinking about adding chemicalls. sorry, i'm really tired and got to go now, but if u wantfeel free to Email me and we can talk some more. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
