Never used roids. Never seriously worked out before now. Three weeks ago, he started with Primo @ 400mg/week & Winny @ 50mg ed. Now, in addition, he's throwing in Sustanon @ 500 (!) mg/week for the next 8 weeks. He's not using Nolvs, Proviron, or any other ancillaries. He won't listen to my advice telling him to chill out. Opinions? Thanks. ------------------

That's a little heavy, IMHO, but then again, my first cycle was 500mg/week sust for weeks 1-8, 25mg/day dbol for weeks 1-4, 30mg/day winny for weeks 8-12. All I used was clomid at the end. I gained 35lbs, and kept 30. So, it might not be too heavy. ..... Wait, just realized you said he's never really lifted before?? In that case, i'd say lift for several years naturally first, before even thinking about roids! You're right, he's doing it all wrong! He doesn't sound very smart. Also, he's wasting AS because he has no clue on how to work out, how to eat, what exersizes his body responds to, ect. I could go on and on but why? He's made up his mind why confuse him with facts.

tell him to do this..... wks-----sus------winny--------primo or just take sus and primo at 500mgs of sus for 8 weeks primo 200-300mgs for 8-10 weeks.....or sus and winny or primo or winny ------------------

I hardly think it's overkill. It's more like what he should have begin with. None of those doses are in any way extreme or even all that high. Primo is as mild as it gets. Winny will is not going to produce anything too dramatic. The addition of the testosterone in my opinion is of great benifit. This will produce significant gains and still is a light dose so sides should'nt be an issue. The winny and primo themselves won't cause any sides other than maybe some acne. The sust will kick this cycle into high gear...where it should have been from the begining. He shouldn't need nolvadex or proviron as at the doses he's using(light doese) there should be no real threat of gyno. It would be wise to have nolva on hand in the event that he is genetically prone to gyno. Most people have no problems at 500mg of test. The primo and winny won't cause gyno unless one is incredibly sensitive. The fact that he's never seriously never worked out before is disturbing but if he's got the ball rolling with the AS in his system there's no sense in stopping it now. Make sure he eats right and trains hard. The cycle itself is fine though.

I do agree that he should lift for several years b/f hitting the gear. He is going to end up getting hurt and wasting alot of good gear. Does he even know proper form and training techniques? How old is he?

THAT IS A SOLID CYCLE IN MY OPINION, THE DOSES LOOK GOOD. I DON'T KNOW WHY HE IS DOING A CYCLE IF HE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING OUT FOR THAT LONG, SOUNDS PRETTY LAZY AND THAT HE IS JUST LOOKING FOR A QUICK FIX. I HOPE HE TAKES SOME ADVICE FROM YOU AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. BEST OF LUCK TO HIM ON THE CYCLE M18 ------------------

it's a very solid cycle, but not smart to not have nolvadex with the sust use. also clomid will be a wise addition at the end or even mid cycle.

Interesting... I thought that 500mg/week Sust was too much for a 1st timer. He's 21 and even though he doesn't have all that much experience in the gym, I have to admit that he is busting his ass right now... working out like a maniac and eating everything in sight! Thanks for the info... I'll send it to him... ------------------

Of course he is busting his ass. We all remember how good we felt on our first cycles, right? His problem is going to be when he stops juicing. I'll bet money his motivation dies and he stops working out. REMEMBER I TOLD YOU. Tell him this and maybe it will motivate him. Hell, most experienced juicers get a little de-motivated after a heavy cycle wears off....

Think you got to do cycle that makes you satisfied. If that one is so he'll have to do it. Depends what youre aiming to, and ofcourse it would help to have bit better base. Got to admit that his cycle is bit heavier than my second one im on right now(seems like i dont have to use huge amounts to get great results, thats invidual too i think, eager receptors), and maybe my coming third one. But for sure its not an overkill afterall.

I agree with my bro a few post up, his problem is gonna be when he quits juicing, because he doesn't have the background to accept the loses and train naturally while his body gets straight. He'll probably end up just juicing all the time. |
