I am just starting to work out hard, and am taking androstack 850 by optimum, but it sounds like I should be "stacking" it with other things. I was wondering what would be the best to stack it with to gain muscle most effectie, and loss fat. Please help. Thanks again email me if you want | ||

Ok then if andro isn't good, then what should i be taking that is legal, and will boost my strenght and physic...and loos fat...i am only 17 so I dont really want to try steriods yet? any clues?? please..Advice needed | ||

JUST A GOOD SOUND DIET, PLENTY OF REST, AND A GOOD TRAINING ROUTINE. ONE THING YOU HAVE TO LEARN IS THAT FOOD IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANY SUPPLAMENT. IF YOU HAVE A GOOD SOUND DIET THAN I WOULD RECOMMEND A GOOD PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT, AND MAYBE SOME CREATINE. HOPE THIS HELPS. | ||

Thanks for your advice....right now i have already been on a pretty good diet....basic fruits... not to many cards...maybe a bagle or two a day to keep my appetite down... usually grilled chicked occasiaonly and fat free rice... I never sweets or anything with fat ....or more than .05 g a serving..and stay away form a a lot sugar.... so I dont really knwo what else to do... I guess I just need to keep working out hard...and take some creatine. Any thing else you can think of...shoudl i do cardio...im 6'1 and about 165....but I have excess around my stomahc..baby fat more than anything and I am tryin to lose it | ||

Stack it with some Anadrol..lol..that would give you the strenght you want, but seriously andro products are not very effective. They'll do nothing and will give you side effects you don't want. | ||

tfen12, at your bodyweight you need to eat more "real" food. Stop trying to eat like your on a contest diet. Eat steak, hamburgers, pasta, ect...,and work out hard. Heavy squats, bench, and deadlifts. No bullshit concentration curls or flys. You start this and your weight and strength will go up fast. You will put on some fat to get bigger. After a time then diet for awhile, but you can't get bigger and loose fat at the same time. |
