I've been dieting and going to the gym 3-4 times a week and i've lost about 150 pounds, and I still want to lose another 15 to 20 more. I was really big and im down to about the last 20 or so that I want to lose. My Bf is using Steriods and suggested that I use Ephedrine.. it was working but im not losing any more.. Wondering if I should up the dosage or maybe you can suggest some other AS or drug that really works for losing weight..

My problem areas are my stomach and my legs.. it seems that all my weight is still in my legs.. I eat small meals and eat very well now.. I just want some suggestions on AS to use and how to get rid of the last 15 or so pounds..

I build a tolerance to ephrine.
Currently I am having great luck with, cardio and clen, It has been two weeks and I have droped 8 lbs, I was 170.

Have just slowly started to lower my calories and will countiune to drop intake.

Plan is to drop 20 lbs in 3 months.

No AS will make you burn fat. Diet and energy use(exercise) are the only way to go about this. Adjust your diet first. Are you eating 6-8 times daily? It sounds like you've been dieting for quite a while. Your metabolism may have slowed to a near halt by now. The best bet is to take a break. Not from good diet or exercise, but form the goal of dropping that last twenty pounds. Eat more to stoke your metabolims. Once your metabolism gets revved up again it will be easier to loose that weight.
