ROACCUTANE, but I declined because of all the shit I'd read already on this board. So he's prescribed me "ERYMAX". Just wondering if anyone has had any results using this alternative to the shit- harsh accutane? Im wondering if I should have gone ahead with the accutane now? What do you guys think? ------------------     | ||

If the Dr. is suggesting Accutane, then you need Accutane. Go back and get it. At moderate dosages the only sides you will see is some dry skin and chapped lips. If you don't take it, you may have scarring in addition to your acne. | ||

I've heard that accutane is hard on the liver. I don't know how concerned you are about your organs but juice + accutane may be too harsh. [This message has been edited by Charles Ray (edited April 14, 2001).] | ||

Usually, any good dermatologist will require you to come in to have lab work done every month to keep an eye on your liver... so yeah, It could be pretty harsh to use accutane + juice... but that's just my opinion! | ||

My wife was on it for 5 months---great results-----dried her out quite abit but doc monitored her sides----her liver count didnt move and we would still go out and party on the weekends---- | ||

I'm on accutane now, I didn't want to do it cause of all the bad things I heard but after trying EVERYTHING else i had no choice. I regret waiting so long. Its amazing, all I have is dry lips and thats it. I doesn't even feel like i'm taking them, just putting on lip balm often. I just hope I don't scar cause i waiting so long. In only 2 weeks or so I cleared up like 90%, its AMAZING! GO BACK AND GET IT NOW, DONT WAIT LIKE I DID!!! | ||
