I AM TAKING 500MGS OF CYP DEPO EVERY 6 DAYS WITH 300MGS TTOKKYO DECA FOR 10 WEEKS I'M TAKING MY 3RD SHOT TONIGHT JUST WONDERING IF EVERY 6 DAYS IS ENOUGH, SO FAR I'VE ONLY NOTICED ABOUT 5 POUNDS IN WEIGHT DIFFERENCE, STRENGTH NOT UP MUCH ANY ADVICE

LOOKS GOOD TO ME BRO. IS THIS YOUR 1ST CYCLE? TEST KICKS IN 2-3 WEEKS DECA 3-4. THATS PLENTY OF JUICE IF THIS IS YOUR 1ST TIME. JUST MY OPINION THOUGH. TRAIN HARD EAT GOOD CLEAN CALS. GET PLENTY OF REST I THINK YOU'LL BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. ------------------ TRAIN HARD OR DON'T TRAIN AT ALL!!!!!!!

yes this is my first cycle, i hope to put on some size and up my strength, i've only been on for 12 days.

You are going to get a little rollercoaster effect with your blood levels doing that. You should shoot the cyp every 3 days 250mg or every 4 days. 6 is too far apart. You can get away with doing the deca that way. But why? Put 150mg of deca in the syringe with 250mg of cyp and shoot it every 3 days is my advice.------------------ The Other Board. Click

WELL MAKE SURE YOUR DIET IS RIGHT,2-3 GRAMS OF PROTIEN PER PD OF BODY WGT, YOU GROW WHEN YOUR RESTING SO GET PLENTY OF IT! YOUR CYCLE LOOKS FINE. GO AS HEAVY AS YOU CAN WITHOUT HURTING YOURSELF. PUSH PASTE YOUR LIMITS. HAVE SPOTTERS. HEAVY COMPOUND MOVEMENTS BENCH PRESS, DEADLIFTS AND THE BEST SQUATS!! BE PATIENT THE GAINS WILL COME!!!------------------ TRAIN HARD OR DON'T TRAIN AT ALL!!!!!!!
