Nothing. Customs don't know that you don't have a script. They can legally make you produce one but they won't. Do they expect the pharmacy to mail a copy of the script with the package? Steroids have special contraban status like narcotics....because they are so dangerous lol. Clomid and Nolva are not steroids. | ||

Let me soften my earlier statements and say that ordering these drugs without a doctors script is illegal so I don't in any way recommend that you do this. Yes, technically you might be able to get in trouble, but I would say the risk is VERY low. | ||

There has been a recent crackdown on rogue pharmacies. The pharmacy should not mail you the stuff without a script. People overseas who deal in prescription drugs without a script are probably breaking lots of laws. The point I was trying to make earlier is that as far as customs is concerned, having steroid shipped to you from overseas IS illegal...having prescription drugs shipped to you MIGHT BE illegal. They don't know, so they usually let it through. | ||

it's usually all good. i heard that it legal for overseas to ship it to the US. just like you can bring clomid and nolva back from mexico even if you claim it at the border. they might give you hastle, but i HEARD that you can. if you're mail ordering, you better pray that it doesn't go through chicago. they take that shit too, not just roids. someone correct me if i'm wrong. ------------------ | ||

You really have nothing to worry about. They are non-controlled substances unlike steroids, so customs really doesn't want to waste their time on something like that. Probably the only exception is a very large quantity of clomid and nolvadex which would give them reason to believe that you intend to distribute. Up to a 90 supply for personal use is legal, provided you have a script (but customs doesn't know if you do or not). If you're that worried about ordering, just go with a domestic supplier. | ||
