I just finished my 4th week of 1000 mgs of sustenon a week, and 6 d-bols a day/30 mgs and have gained 25 pounds. This is the most I have gained from a cycle. I also take 1 tab of armidex every other day so the water retention is reduced. Can more than half of it be muscle? I eat everything but have'nt measured my bodyfat in the beginning but looks about the same as from when I started. I usually add up my calories/protein and carbs that take in each day but on this cycle I am not. As long as I know I get 500 grams of protein, 5000 cals then I just eat anything so I am getting alot more of that in. I eat about 6 regular burgers from a fast food place everyday along with chicken breasts and protein shakes and a few bake potatoes and corn and a large chocolate shake from one of these fast food places. This cycle along with this diet seems to be working good without gaining alot of fat. Would I gain much more? Has anyone gained this amount in this amount of time? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You have definitely gained some fat, but you have gained muscle, too. Taper off the dbol and around week 8 taper off the test. If you have an anabolic like EQ it would help to use that, too. Your gains will slow down soon.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
