Guys I need your input on something

Are any of you insulin sensitive ?

Iv just come off a 4 month fat loss diet as I put on alot of useless weight which I wanted to get rid of. Now my prob is that I can easily put weight on , both muscle and fat - get the best of both worlds!?!?....but its equal. But the fat gain is fast. EG, in the last 4 weeks I have alread put on an 1 inch to my waist (and yes Ive also weight myself and Im certain its not water gain).

Now Im gonna do a Sust and Dboll cyle but if I eat like 500GM Carbs per day man Ill get fat big time!!

I remember not so long ago one of the more experienced guys posted something on how he eats during a cycle - something alsong the lines of eating 2 GMS / 1lb of BW and then around 150 - 200 GR carbs over the cycle.

Does anyone else have this problem or am I the only one?

Hey bro - if your sensitive to carbs there is no off-season. You will have to diet for lean mass all the time. When most guys bulk up they bump the carbs up and keep the calories at 6000+. For YOU the protien is a lot more important. If 100-200 grams of carbs are enough to support good hard workouts keep em low. If you dont have any energy bump the complex carbs two hours before your workout and bump simple carbs post workout until your energy levels are good.

Protien = as much as you can eat! If you cant handle the carbs, you simply have to eat more protien and fat. Dont worry about the fat level if your carbs are low.

Good luck bro - I have the some problem sometimes.
