"Phase 1 (3 weeks)

This first phase only changes the diet strategy. Assuming that you are in a weight training program of 4 times per week schedule at least. You need to build up a solid dieting aproach basement.

DIET STRATEGY
Calculated for a 220lb. man with a 20% body fat ratio.

-6 meals per day (1 each 3 hours)

-Macronutrient ratio:

Fats------------------------------------------------30%

Carbohydrates---------------------------------30%

Protein--------------------------------------------40%

Water----------------------------------------------3000ml

-Total calories= Body weight in pounds per 12

220 x 12= 2640 Kcal.

* Fats (30%)= 792 Kcal= 88g
* Carbohydrates (30%)= 792 Kcal= 198g
* Protein (40%)= 1056 Kcal= 264g
* Last meal only fat and protein


Phase 2 (3 weeks)
Keep the same diet strategy of phase 1. Start the folowing anabolic steroid plan.

-Week # 1
* Sustenon .........1000mg
* Winstrol ......... 300mg
* Deca durabolin ... 200mg

-Week # 2= Week # 1

-Week # 3= Week # 1 +
* 20 Nolvadex mg x day

Phase 3 (3 weeks)

-Week # 4= Week # 3 +
* ECA Stack....... 3 Times per week
ECA Stack contains:
Caffeine.... 200mg
Effedrine... 20mg
Aspirin .... 300mg

-Week # 5= Week # 3 +
* 400mg DNP x day
* 250mg Orimeten x day

-Week # 6= Week # 3 +
* 250mg Orimeten x day
* 40mcg Clenbuterol 3 times per day


Phase 4 (3 weeks)

= phase 3 + 30-40 m. Aerobical Activities
3/4 times per week
