Im a 18 year old male who weighs approximatly 165 pounds. Ive been working out now for about 3 weeks, mainly to get rid my love handles, gut and tits. I am about 6'1 so having that extra baggage looks a little funny on me. Ive just started taking Andro Stack 850 by optimum to help with working out, but I dont knwo what else I should be taking. I have already noticed loss in my stomach area, and chest region, but I really want to lose it all. I work out every day , usually chest one day then arms shoulders back the next, and legs the thrid..than start over again. I have seriously thought about takin roids, but am extremely uneducated on what to take for a first timer, and if it will accomplish what i want. Please tell me what i should do to lose those last bit of tits and gut. Thanks | ||

Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and start taking an e/c/a stack like adipokinetix or xenadrine to boost thermogenic response.... | ||

What is your diet, don't overtrain, don't blow your money on Andro. Get some creatine, and a lot of protein. Cook meals that are light in fat w\ high protein (fish is best). Do some cardio. 6'1. 165.... thats not too heavy, you cant be THAT Fat... | ||

AS STATED BEFORE AT 6"1 AND 165 POUNDS YOU CAN'T BE THAT FAT. START DOING CARDIO IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND YOU CAN USE AN E/C/A STACK TO HELP SPEED UP THE FAT LOSS, ADIPOKINETIX IS GREAT, THERE ARE MANY OTHERS THAT ARE GOOD AS WELL SUCH AS RIPPED FUEL, XENADRINE, MD6, HYDROXYCUT ECT... OR YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN AND IT WOULD BE CHEAPER, YOU TAKE 25MG/EPHEDRINE 200MG/CAFFINE 325MG/ASPRINE TAKE THAT 1-2 TIMES A DAY. MAKE SURE YOUR DIET IS SOLID. EAT FOODS LIKE RICE, OATMEAL, CHICKEN, LEAN RED MEATS, TUNA, FISH, TURKEY, VEGTABLES, PASTA, PROTEIN SHAKES. TRY TO GET 1-2 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT. YOU COULD TRY THIS FOR A TRAINING SPLIT MONDAY-CHEST TUESDAY-BACK WEDNESDAY-LEGS, TRI'S AND ABS THURSDAY-BI'S AND FORARMS FRIDAY- SHOULDERS AND ABS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY = REST DAYS TRY TO GET 25-45 MIN OF CARDIO A DAY FOR 4-5 TIMES A WEEK. DO NOT TRY GEAR YET, TRAIN NATURALLY FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND YOU SHOULD MAKE SOME GOOD PROGRESS AND THEN RESEARCH A LOT AND THEN YOU MAY BE READY FOR THE NEXT STEP.
