Next, I inspected my front end myself, the rotors are slightly warped and although they are not too bad, the struts could use replacing. And, there was no problem with the power steering rod as stated by Toyota. That was an easy one for me to figure out since my car doesn't have power steering.

And finally, the fan on my AC didn't run because they pulled the fuse. The fan worked fine when I brought it in.

I filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau and with the corporate rep. I will also be sending the story to the local newspapers, 20/20, dateline, 60 minutes, USA Today and anyone else I can think of.
