Vets, With a fulltime job, and fulltime school. My training has gone to the pot. Can any of you give me a short and intense routine. I do cleans now, because I can hit most of the muscle in a short amount of time. However, this does not develop my muscles. In fact, I am losing weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Stick to the basics if your short for time. Squat, bench press, and deadlift. You may lose some definition in some areas but you should still make good gains in strength and body mass just by doing these three. sponge ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
