Ok, I get the concept of muscle memory and all. After thinking about this I have come up with a theory and I was wondering if you think it is sound. Let's say you put on 30 pounds on a cycle. Then you come off and lose 10. Well, you're body has already had 10 extra pounds of muscle, therefore, I figure that you should be able to gain it back fairly quickly and easily without steroids. Is this a sound theory? Does it actually happen like that? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

try again bro.....of that 30lbs, maybe 10-15 may actually be muscle (if that)...the rest is just water, fat etc......that's just the way it is even with gear!!!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

With my own personal experience with this I would say your (theory) is correct. Whenever I get done with a cycly I usaully put on about 15 pounds and always loose about 5 of them. Within about a month and a half I climb back to that peak weight I was at when I was on my cycle. Again, this is my own experience with it. Some people it might not happen to. ---PEACE---Mad Max ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
