ABSOLUTELY.Your natural hormonal levels are at the most ideal range they will ever be to support growth.Take in a ton of Protein,feed yourself 40-50 grams of high-quality protein every 3 hours or so.And yes,creatine will get you up by about 10 of those pounds within a week or two's time if you load it correctly.

from what i have seen i never saw anyone gain 25 pounds in 8 weeks with no jucie...but i have heard that some people out there have....well try it and keep us posted..

Training with heavy basic compound movements and eating the right stuff (Clean but not to clean) I think you could do that in 60-90 days.

Why the magic 25 lbs...
If it ain't quality then f*ckit...
Sure 25 lbs, but if it's mainly in your waist and your face is a water ball and your strength gains are not commensurate -- BFD...
If natural, why not focus on increasing your strength and then let the size follow.

Eating, sleeping, and lifting right. Get the book "Supersquats" by Randall Strossen. Do the routine, and you'll gain your 25 lbs. Trust me.

I THINK IT IS VERY POSSABLE. IF YOU TAKE CREATINE(I LIKE HCS BY AST SPORTS SCIENCE)AND HAVE A SOLID DIET AND GET AT LEAST 1 1/2-2 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER POUND OF BODY WEIGHT THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET CLOSE TO YOUR GOALS. A WEIGHT GAINER POST WORKOUT SUCH AS N-LARGE BY PROLAB COULD NOT HURT EITHER. BEST OF LUCK ON REACHING YOUR GOALS

NO!! u cant.. i eat like that. and sleep 9-10 hours a day. im 16, 6' tall.. and i also take creatine/amino acids/ripped fuel/protein. and i cant get anything more then 175 pounds... so i think NO.

that is your genetics!
when i was 17, i gained 36 lbs with no gear, while on creatine. so dont be going around saying it's impossable to do the possable!

It'll be hard. Eat good foods. Rest lots and be sure to absolutely kill your legs with squats, presses, deadlifts etcetera,etc...........

I think so.... Im 30 years old and stopped smoking last year, started eating right, and lifting heavy, and i gained 43lbs in about 6 months. id say about 10 lbs of it is fat which i hope my first cycle will help me loose while i keep my size. Eat clean and train hard and it could happen!!!

yes you can,i'm 27 years old and gained about 15lb within 1 month & 1/2

i was taking creatine,glutamine,multivitamin and n-larg2.

i was @ 5'5 128lb bf 9%
now 5'5 143lb bf 10 %

I was 179 when I walked in the door at High School and when I hit X-mas And lifting hard 5 times a week focusing on basic large muscle groups first I went to 201... Eat your protein every 2 1/2 3 hours
