OK guys, it's Good Friday so no meat for me for the day and I'm all out of protein powder. What are some good, high protein meals without meat?

I thought you was able to have fish on Good Friday. If so tuna. If not hit the Peanut Butter and Jelly.

Yeah, I would say peanut butter on whole wheat. I think that combo provides all the aminos.

No meat, I had forgotten, you lose track of the day of the week over here.

I will be eating eggs, fish, cottage cheese and probably some yogurt and extra glass of milk.
