Hi all, i have never taken steroids,iam 18,just started working out 3 months ago.
Iam at about 185pounds, everything is going great except i cant seem to lose these bitch tits, any advice that anyone can give me would be great.I jog about 15 min before my workout is that enough or should i increase my jog to take off those tits or is jogging useless.Is there any supplements i should be takeing.

Dude do cardio AFTER your workout not before, 30-45 min. Eat clean. Buy some ephidrene and take it before your work out.

so running will help me lose them right. How many number of months do i have to run to see results.Should they be noticable after the first.

DUDE, RUN IN THE MORNINGS WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH DONT COMBINE THE WEIGHTS WITH THE AEROBICS THEY SHOULD BE PERFORMED AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY. ALSO WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS DONT JUST DO CARDIO.

running burns calories BUT... it reduces
the muscle gains you would otherwise
achieve. Muscles burn fat all day. I
say train hard and heavy...cut calories
and skip the running unless you want to be
good at running.
