WHEN CUTTING I DO CARDIO 5-6 TIMES A WEEK FOR 35-55 MIN A DAY WHEN BULKING I DO 10-20 MIN OF CARDIO A DAY ABOUT 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. M18 ------------------ ![]() | ||

I haven't done any cardio during this cycle.. I'll probably start that back up again next week. I usually try to burn 500 cals a day, 6 days a week. ![]() | ||

6 days week----30-40 minutes stairclimber/ fast walk on severe incline on treadmill. Or I will play hoops for an hour or two on any given day. ![]() | ||

i am currently getting ready for a show so I do 30min AM on empty stomach (stationary bike HeartRate about 130)-- then 40 to 45 min after I workout on treadmill incline 5.0 to 6.0 ... speed 3.0 ( heart rate from 130-135)<BR> From personal experience if I do cardio at a higher pace, I burn off muscle!!! not fat so I keep the pace in the fat burning zone<BR> I think cardio all depends on the person,but low-calorie diet w/ high intensity cardio= looking as skinny as Jusin from Nsync (I've seen guys go from 250lbs 15%bf to 195lbs 5-6% bf, because of too much high intensity cardio when dieting) <BR> My 2�<BR> Mr.X ![]() | ||

Depends on the body type. AS an extreme ectomorph, if I do more than a 5 minute cardio warm-up, I loose muscle....even during a cycle. ![]() |
