It is nice, but Elite Fitness and the aforementioned site do own those pictures and if they wanted to, could come after you. I don't think posting your site which contains stolen pictures from this site is a wise idea. ------------------ | ||

Well one thing people. If he did not take these pictures and put them on his own server and is just using the links to the images on their site. Then there is no copywrite laws for that. Any picture published on the net that is on their server that is hosting the site is free to use. Now copying the image to your severs hosting the site I believe is a law. Another thing. Is if it is a pay site then this is also breaking the copywrite law. But the site does look good. | ||

Thanks little...I didn't not check the reference to where the link was pointing. But then yes this is a no-no. Next question would be do the owners of the pictures care. If so hten they will ask you to take them off the site. Most people are polite before they get rude. Remeber the person that had the cartoons on his site and the owner asked him to remove them?? Same will go for here also. | ||

littlearnold1069, come on man, give me a f*ckin break. I am just trying to create a site that can be helpfull to all. I am not claiming that I took the actual pics. I am not claiming a single one of them. But I can tell you that I may be stretching the law a little, but so is anabolicreview.com & bbszene.de. Take a look at these links to my site. I'll prove my point. Anavar pics www.yasso.net/gear/pics/anavar/Thumb/anavar.html www.yasso.net/gear/pics/anavar/Thumb/oxandro1.html Omnadren pics www.yasso.net/gear/pics/omnadren/Thumb/omna.html www.yasso.net/gear/pics/omnadren/Thumb/omnadren__01010102__jelfa__russia__ampoules_and_package__real.html Open the Anavar and the Omnadren pics in seperate windows, toggle back and forth between the two. On the Anavar pics, it's the same damn pic only one has anabolicreview added to it. Huh, did they break copyright laws??? Do the same with the Omnadren pics. Same exact thing. The bbszene pic has been trimmed down a bit and is a little distorted, most likely because they were trying to lower the file size. Look at the writing on the ampules and their positions, they're identical. Of course, its the same pic. All through my site I have some pics doubled like this. I plan on removing the ones with the stamps on them, or I could just do like they do and add my stamp to them, and say its mine and it's copyrighted. I'm just trying to help some people out. I have the same pic www.yasso.net/gear/pics/clomid/Thumb/clomidanpharm.html yet, I didn't get it from your website, so either you stole it, or somebody stole it from you. But most likely, you stole it because if I personally took of pic of something I would be sure to put my signature on it, for the simple fact that no matter what, you'd know it came from me. | ||

Whatever! I think just about every scanned pic on the net was stolen from somewhere else. It is real easy to cut and paste. If it helps someone else out, post it on your site. Give credit if you feel are feeling guilty. Personally, I don't care. | ||
