Hey all, I've been working out for a couple of years now and am considering doing my first cycle, but am unsure what I should do. I primarily want to lean down and put on some additional muscle mass, but dropping a couple % of body fat is key. Any help out there?

Lets assume that I could get whatever was needed. I'm only planning on doing a single cycle to help jump start me and then I'm planning on maintaining with a standard routine/supplement schedule.

Don't think about it until you are in your early 20's. And this board inspite of all the crazy things you see is a WEALTH of information that is CURRENT.

I'm actually in my late 20's and have just recently (the last 3 years) started become more involved in fitness. Especially this last year. As I've considered doing a cycle I want to ensure that I do it right. All things considered, I don't mind spending more money on a better product or waiting until I can find the right ones. I just want to make sure I do it right. |
