I'm looking for a substance that will give me a rapid increase in aggression, workout intensity, and hopefully strength. These results don't have to be permanent, though; I only need the full effect for one day. This is to enhance performance in sports meets (wrestling, swimming) and in physical fitness tests we periodically take in the teams I'm on (run, swim, pushups, pullups, situps). Would Halo do the trick? If not, what would? What dosages, and how many days or hours before the event should I start? I would only need this effect once or twice a month. Halo helps, but I do not know the right timing. I am afraid, you can not use it as help just for single day. For your need I would personally use Ephedrine, 50-75 mg just 30 mins before you need. NO QUESTION... Ultimate Orange. It is an Ephedra based drink mix. Make your F***ing heart jump out and pin your opponent for you. Any health store probally has it. | ||

Probably, I do not know. You can use herbal stuff, but just calculate it to 50 mg of real ephedrine (on the product should be some calculation ratio). Next Nutrition makes Ultimate Orange...and now Ultimate Punch....a GREAT pre-workout drink is 1.5 scoops of Twinlab's powdered Ripped Fuel (fruit punch) and one scoop of Ultimate Orange...it tastes kinda harsh...but DAMN! It made me INSANE before a workout when I used to take it.... ------------------ |
