I'm on the sixth week of a 400 mg/wk Brovel Deca, 500 mg/wk Organon Sostanon, 300 mg/wk ultragon equipoise. I've gained 7 lbs with very little water retention. So my question is what the fuck? I eat three meals a day plus 3 whey protein shakes at 50 grams/day and i work out five days a week, each muscle group once a week. I sleep at least 10 hrs per night and I drink water all day long. I'm fucking exhausted from lifting and eating and i'm not seeing very large results? WHat's wrong or what else can i do? If it makes any difference, I took creatine for two months and didn't gain any weight at all. Weird huh. Thanks for any help

for pictures of what i'm taking go to

Something wrong with:

1) food (from my point of view you do not eat much)
or
2) "real" AS

Those seven pounds should stay. That is not terrible gains, but you are probably not taking in enough food.

Try eating some real foods with your protein shakes. If you wanna gain make sure you eating enough carbs with your meals.

Whats your diet look like bro? I bet thats the culprit.

maybe as said fake gear?
3 meals a day + 150 gr of protein extra, i do not see anything wrong with that. At least you gained only muscle. Water and fat you have to loose after, besides your cycle isn't over yet.
You could drop the Brovel Deca and increase your Sust. You could gain 7 pounds on 300-400 mgr/Primo a week alone, so it is strange.
Replace the Brovel with something else for 2 weeks, if that doesn't help, replace the EQ for 2 weeks with another roid and see if you get improvement. And PlanB he said he was training like hell, so you are not helping very much....

Plan B... you're a whore.

I don't think anything is wrong with you. How many cycles have you done?
Also... I didn't get anything off of Brovel T-200... I hate their products.
I'd eat a bit more.
And keep your spirits up.
Negative mentality will give you negative results.
Some cycles, I gain 4 lbs. Some I gain 12. I've never gained more than 12. It's slow and steady... but I look great.
It'll come. Just be patient.
Gear is not a magic pill.
You hear some guys gaining 30-40 lbs. per cycle. It's never happened to me. I don't respond to it like that.
I've never lost any gains I make... but I don't make a ton...
You'll be alright.

Knowing your stats would help.
Your diet is most important. If your 200+ I would say eat more like 6 meals a day with the same amount of protein shakes.

ok, my stats are:
beginning weight - 164
current weight - 173
6'1" and about 7% bf
I've been lifting consistently for the past 5 years and this is my first cycle

Looks like i'm just gonna have to eat more, if anyone else has any other input please add. THanks

Does a lower bodyfat/higher metabolism make one less susceptable to bigger gains? just a thought

You know, it's comments like that made from PlanB43M that has caused quality members like Ultragains to dismiss themselves from the board. Why would anyone give their "roommate" their password to Elite, or anything else for that matter. I would bet that the folks at UCSD would not take kindly to that kind of abuse, especially as you list an educational e-mail address...this guy should be real easy to profile.

I do believe it's the diet. I was eating roughly the same amount during my last precontest and I am a woman 5'9" wieghing in at 136lbs. On a cycle I will eat 7 meals a day consisting of 55 grams protien and 45 grams carbs. More if I am hungry. Of course I am carrying more fat than you.
Right now I am about 14% bf and 170 lbs. And I eat around 3000 cal/day. Step it up. It sounds like fat gain is not an issue for you so EAT EAT EAT! Just keep it clean and drink lots of water. Push up the weight! Train heavy low reps moderate sets during a cycle.
