NOTES:first cycle,training for 3 1/2 years, 5'9 180 about 12-15% bf (guess). i plan on going dieting until my bf is single digits before i start.i will also be using anti bacterial soap, nizoral shampoo, maybe some proscar,milk thistle,glutamine,and multi-vitamin throughout. clean eats of 4500 cals per day, 2 grams protein per pound of body weight. after i wrap 'er up, oxidants. creatine for 3 months after cycle. p.s.-any comments,questions,ideas,suggestions,post it up and ill check back here periodically. | ||

Is this your first cycle? If not, its unfair to expect a 30lb, Lbm increase in weight on any cycle. Im not saying you wont do well but 30 maintable pounds is alot of weight for 1 cycle. ------------------ | ||

Excellent, you've obviously done plenty of research Just ensure that your diet is good, your training is hard and consistant plus plenty of rest. You will get the 30lb or damn close to it! Your cycle looks good and you have covered all bases with ancillaries. All I'd consider is extending the dbol for longer than 3 weeks. |
