This is a guy from that prosource mag. I was wondering what bf% and weight you guys think he is. He's exactly what I want to look like. Thanx bro's. Just curious how much work I have ahead of me. hard to tell in the pic but probably about 5-6% BF and depending on his height about 210-220 if he's about 6 foot. just a guess.. the pic is too fuzzy to tell for sure | ||

he might be heavier than i think but his wheels arent real big...so i am going to stay with 5-6% BF at about 215-220 or so pounds. | ||

bros I didnt check out the pic, but i see tito and amy like everyday.....I say he only weighs around 200, he is real short too. but he is kind of hard in the body. | ||
