Draw the sust up in your shirng and heat it up in a heating pad for 4min. or so. Be sure you leave the cover over the needle so you don't dull it. That took away all my sust pain a man did that shit hurt for days it realy made siting down a task. | ||

I just shot some testanon in my quad like two days ago and my leg is sore as fuck, I never got sore this bad before, walking and sitting down was a bitch for me even today. It looks a little swollen. Damn it hurts, didn't know there was a difference in sust. |
