Ok, guys, I made some fina from A's kit for the first time. But now the finished product is kind of cloudy. Is this glue? It kind of settles to the bottom, so can I put in the oven?     | ||

Just filter it again.....seems like it still has some of the binders in it. ------------------ | ||

The brown stuff will go through the filter. Animal said it is water and not to worry about it. I turned the bottle upside down, let it settle, and then drew it out and threw it away. No more brown shit. | ||

No brown stuff. Just kind of white cloudy. No binders either. If I put it in the oven, will the cloud turn brown and fall to the bottom? | ||

I'm guessing it looks like yellow piss now. If you bake it it will turn amber colored and you'll get the brown fallout. | ||

lol, bake it at 250 for 30 min. Then you'll have your brown stuff to draw off. Baking doesn't hurt it, and does insure sterility. | ||

Hey 24/7, when I bake it, will the brown stuff go to the bottom or go to the top? If it is at the bottom, should I just leave it there? | ||

Did you swirl it over low heat after you ran it through the filter. | ||

I am in my dorm room, so I just put it under hot water. All the pellets dissolved, then there was a clear layer on top, a cloudy layer, a thick darker layer, and then the filler at the bottom. I got as much of the clear stuff out as I could, then ran the rest through a coffee filter. This took out all the little white pieces(filler)and left me with a clear looking layer and a thick layer. I got the clear layer out ok, but when I added it to the final bottle it got a little cloudy, and hence my question. | ||

Once you have filtered it to the sterile bottle you have to SLOWLY heat it as you swirl it to get the fina into the solution. | ||

Do you think that if I heat with the hot water from the tap, it will be hot enough? I think I will try it, I mean, couldn't hurt. | ||

Yeah, its been in the hot water and it looks like its is begining to clear up! I just hope it stays this way. 24/7, do you think that I should go to my friends house and put it in the oven just in case? | ||

I bake mine for my own peace of mind. It's really personal preference. | ||

Well, the hot water from the tap cleared it up, then I put it on my shelf and it is getting cloudy again. If I bake it right after I put it in hot water, will the cloud stay at the bottom? | ||
