Bake 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts at a time for the next day's eating and combine with vegetables, rice etc. Supplement with protein powder. You may get sick of the chicken but it is filling.

Try eating 2 T-bones and a large potato 3 times a day along with 3 or 4 cans of tuna in water and 3 dozen egg whites and of course at least 2 protein drinks in between you won't go to bed hungry I used to do it for months at a time and the old doc says my cholesterol is high but i don't believe him. haha

2 T-bones 3 times a day???? brother, you would be one giant walking molecule of cholesterol. I try not to have more than 3 steaks a week, but I prefer porterhouse to tbone. By the way, you ever gotten your steaks at a Sam's club? I got 4 1.5 inch porters for a little over $16, at a regular grocery store I'd pay that much for 2 of em that were half as thick.

Thanks for the ideas. Cooking multiple meals at once is the way to go.
