I know that this has been covered many times� But couldn't find adequate info via search engine. Anyway, frick�n elbow joints are sore as a bastard� Gear not much help since just pounding them with more weight and intensity. Typical as with everyone, when I diet and lean out, it's even worse. Any suggestions to help the problem -- not mask it with an opiate/nubain etc� Something easy to obtain that works (possible a supplement). ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Glucosamine WITH Chondroitin is the only way to go. Usually each pill is 500 mg Gluc and 250 mg Chon and I take 3 a day and no pain at all. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
