Before you all go spastic about me asking a question thats already been answered I'd like to point out that there is no consensus on info about Clenbuterol dosage.
So........ here goes
2 days on, 2 days off
or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off?
Whats the scientific reasoning behind one method and not the other?
The reason I ask is 'cos i got great results doing the following:
1 tab a day for 7 days, then
2 tabs: 2 days
0 tabs: 2 days
3 tabs: 2 days
0 tabs: 2 days
And so on for 2 weeks ( 3 weeks total).
4-5 months later I tried the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle, and didn't get such good results. The clen was the same (Sopharma,
Bulgaria).
Also, should I drop my Creatine use? What supplements are good to use when on clen?

Clen should be used at 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. It is an oral so it is absorbed quickly so taking 2 days off and 2 days on will not be as effective.

You should also have a good diet and some cardio with the clen to work well. ECA should also be used to see if you react better to that (when you are not using the Clen).

Creatine is fine to use. You should definitely use megadoses of anti-oxidents such as Vit C to prevent damage done by clen to your cells.

i would say drop the creatine.....creatine will make you hold water when the clen does the total opposite, sweat it out...if im wrong guys correct me....

OK, I'll answer that one. The reasoning behind the first method is flawed. Clen's half life is long enough that if you only take 2 days off, you are never really "off" since it has not cleared your system before you start it again. The problem with having it in your system constantly is that it loses effectiveness after about 17 days.

Two weeks on and two off gives your receptors time to up-regulate and therefore it will be effective again when you restart it.

You can use eca during the off weeks to continue to burn fat and avoid lethargy.

The two week on two week off method is best because after 2-3 weeks your body temp returns to normal even though you are still taking clen which kills the fat burning properties. The reason that the 2 day on 2 day off method is not as good in my book is because of the 1 day half life which means that after the two days off you still have 1/4 of the clen from the first two day cycle in your system. Im taking clen right now. About 9 a day and I'm stopping on friday. I have dropped down to 5% bodyfat from around 7-8. Make sure you taper up and down.

Dosages shoyuld vary from person to person. I am aginst having a set cycle with clen. Keep uping the dosage untill you get the shakes pretty bad, then back off a tab.

I am going to take some clen aswell. How long should I wait after my cycle? Should I let my body get used to the size I pu ton tduring my cycle, before trying to burn some off?

There are two main reasons for taking clen.
1. For fat loss in which case 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is recommended due to it not working after the 17 day period.
2. To lower your catabolic/anabolic ratio when coming off gear. Here it is best to do 2 days on, 1/2 days off as it stays in the system, making this more cost effective and the dosage more constant. You would only do this for two weeks anyway.

I aslo heard that you'll get different results each time you do a cycle of it. This could explain why the results weren't as good as the your first go around.

I'll be honest with you... my experience with clens was the following.

I originally had planned to take it for two wks on two off. However, when I started for the first, lets say 5 days I was really feeling the effects. Going from 2 pills all the up to 6 by the seventh day. The last two days(days 6th and 7th) I really didn't feel much. I decided to stop and I started taking xenedrin/hydroxys. Thus, doing the 1wk on/off. This sunday I start clens again and I'll proceed the same way. Maybe start at 3 instead of 2.
