I HAVE JUST FINISHED MY 2 1/2 MONTHS CYCLE AND I WENT TO BUY SOME CREATINE FOR MY TWO MONTHS REST BEFORE I START ANOTHER CYCLE. I BOUGHT THE SERUM CREATINE (LIQUID) THAT YOU PUT UNDER YOU TONGUE, IS THIS CREATINE BETTER THAN THE POWDER ONE? WHAT DO YOU THINK? | ||

Ive done serum a few times and it is a complete waste of money--do creatine fizz (another form of powder) and ZMA-I gained 20 lbs in a little over two months. | ||

yeah its a waste...the best shit is something like scitech creatine tran-x, or met-rx creatine ac, mhp's traq, or cell tech..but recently i read an article about alphalipoic acid and how it does not help increase insulin levels....hmm pure creatine monohydrate powder is prolly the way to go | ||

The guy I buy my protien power and such from did a test on three different batches. I was in disbelief to see that it had nothing the label claimed. Final result was complete crap. |
