If they cut out the small mass of breast tissue / gland entirely, how can you ever develop a lump again? I know a lot of people think excess fatty tissue is gyno, but the real gyno is the painful lump... Most of that fatty tissue can be lost when cutting, while the lump cannot. So... if you have the surgery, can the knots come back?

Unless the ENTIRE gland is removed, then there is still tissue left capable of aggrevation....

I think I was told that there is a small amount of lymphatic tissue around so that it is hard to remove all of the tissue without damage to the lymphatic tissue. Hopefully they can, though!

I am on a small test cycle right now and noticed a small hard lump that was sore about a week ago. I wasn't taking any type of anti-estrogen because in the past I haven't had any reason to.
I immediatley bought some from my friend and took 60 mg that day and 20 every day since then.
The lump stayed exactly the same size and I think I caught it early enough. I'm out of Novaldex and I am ordering more. I'll never do a damn thing without it now.
A lot of people don't know what gyno is. I'll set the record straight. If you have nips that are a little fatty or not tight that does not mean you have gyno.
When you feel a hard lump that is sore YOU HAVE GYNO. If you don't then quit posting stuff about it. Also don't say it can't happen to you. It did me. Don't start a cycle unless you have all your shit. I'm paying for it now. Hopefully it won't get any bigger and I won't have to do surgery. It sucks though.
I'm not talking about this post. You had gyno. I'm talking about guys who are fat and have ugly nips and they think they have gyno. Those guys are the same ones who post questions about AS and the risks of dropping dead if they take a bottle of test. That's who I'm referring to

When I was a teen, I had gyno, and I couldn't even touch my chest it hurt so bad. Right now it doesn't hurt as much, but my docs won't know that. I'm going to get the whole gland taken out so I can take what I want now, and now worry about gyno when I'm an old man.
