its day 30 did my 5th shot 2 days ago 400 tokkyo eq and 750 omna.before cylcle stats 177lbs 16.1 bf .11 days in [email protected]% then the gains stoped and i,m now [email protected]%.im eating a lot of cals and protein a extra 200 per day in just shakes training hard sleeping well.its my 3rd cycle and every time the gains come to a hault after about 3 weeks?. | ||

sounds to me like you're not eating enough. Im a hard gainer and 225@10% bf. i have to eat between 6 and 8 thousand calories a day to gain weight. with it being your 3rd week you should start feeling the test this week. eat more dude, that has to be the answer. | ||

If you are actually losing bf on those amounts during bulking, you are not eating enough. If you have put on 7lb you need to increase your calories by much more again. | ||

Could be your body has just got used to the dose you are taking i.e. your liver has become more efficient at removing the steroids. Start taking grapefruit juice and asprinin tablets as they can block the enzyme in your liver responsible for breaking down steroids. I'm thinking about trying this on my next cycle. | ||

its not my 3rd week,like i stated its my 30th day which is 4 weeks and 2 days i just did 5th shot on monday.anyway`s i did up the cals some and as yo can see from my post my bf is starting to climb back and lean mass has stayed the same | ||

Try blitzing. Try stacking new juice every 4th week. Otherwise I hate to join the bandwagen but it comes to nutrition. | ||

i really think its just me roids just dont seem to work well on me.my roomate dosnt eat the cals i do and is growing off just 1cc of tokkyo deca.im drinking 4 50+ gram shakes of pro source nytro whey per day. 1 in morning 1 before and 1 after workout and 1 before bed along with 3 very big meals per day .and though im not eating very clean i do eat a lot of high cal carb fat protein things like roast beef or chicken cutlet grinders for lunch.dinner last night was 2 grilled pork chops and a burger and some choclate chip ice cream for desert i know im not eating clean but im eating enough | ||

What are you saying? Stay on your cycle and don't quit untill your 8 or 9th week If I quit at 30 days I wouldn't gain either some of my gains start in the 6 th and continue into the 9th. KEEP GOING AND EAT SLEEP & TRAIN and let us know in the end. | ||

im not an expert but id say start eating real meals instead of mrps (i.e. protein shakes). just a thought. |
