Has anyone ever used EMS (electromuscular stimulation) as a means of working out in paralel to normal gym workouts(while on gear) ?

I got my hands on the 'compex sport 2' - a professional EMS device used by all sorts of professional sportsmen (...French skiing team and Erik Zabel from the tour de france, etc)

Aparently you can train each body part up to 3 times a week this way - anyone had experiences with this at all?

BTW : I AM TALKING ABOUT A SERIOUS DEVICE - NOT SOME CRAP YOU BUY ON THE SHOPPING CHANNEL...

Its the only thing that the pros use. They don't even train in the gym anymore since those babies hit the market!

I heard this was really good when used in combination with traditional training - I just find it hard to combine both in the week.
