Since I have started juicing I feel my workouts are becoming alot more productive. I hit the weights super duper hard for an hour and a half, then come home and consume a high protein drink. During the workouts I feel the huge pump from the dbol I am currently taking, but I still work my muscles until failure. I get sore for the next few hours after the training session but by the next day I'm back at 100%. Anyone else still getting next day muscle soreness while on the juice...??? I sure as hell am not.

I change my workout every 8 weeks so i get sorenesss all of the time. Gear should make you sore more because you are tearing more muscle and bringing in more lactic acid. ------------------ Great Information on Injections and Syringes

I'm with conan on this one the first day after I'm pretty sore but the next day is ussually much worse. If you are not getting sore take a little time off, of course keeping in mind to change your routine frequently as well. More is not better. If you train a muscle group or muscle too often it will adapt to this particular stess and your muscle will just get better at dealing with the weight but you will not grow much at all. In most cases if you train hard with high intensity and focus you will not be able to work the same muscle or muscle group for several days simply because they will be to sore. Just my opinion. ------------------

There's never a time, when I'm not sore. It's constant. I'm not sure if its true, but I measure workout intensity by soreness the next few days.

Something's always sore on me. I get sore after every workout. If I can walk the day or two after legs I know I'm lacking in the intensity department. I get much more pronounced muscle soreness while on because I'm able to do more damage to my muscles while in the gym. My intensity goes through the roof. Combine that with increased pundages and my muscle take a beating and let me know about the next couple days. |
