Yo bros, I had a friend shoot in the leg and he think he hit a nerve. Is there anything he can do to alleviate the pain? Should he take any precautions. He was using t200. He is major pain. Thanks! Pimp Daddy.

see a doc and remember it takes time to heal....it'll be a while b4 he's fully recovered depending on how bad he nailed it.. My friend got over it in about a week but wasn't able to walk for about 3 days

I hit nerves on both sides of my shoulder on consecutive shots and couldn't raise my hand above my shoulders for about a week or so. I continued to lift, but the poundages didn't go up. It sucks, but no pain no gain...

If it's swollen you can Ice it to alleviate the pain. The cold really helps ... till it warms back up anyhow.

Was your friend pushing the pin in slow or fast... i push in really slow so not to tear any nerves. Doesn't hurt any more or less to do it that way either.

If you are going slow you can feel the needle creeping up on the nerve and you can pull out and restick.

I push the pin extremely slow. If I feel
pain, that's okay. If I feel a twitch,
I back out. Had good luck doing this so
far.
