I've been getting injured so often in the past 2 years that it has absolutely weaken me. (broken collarbone,shoulder dislocations,surgerys,broken wrist,you name it i've probably broke it) Anyway I finally renewed my membership at my gym and decided to give myself a little treat... WEEKS 1-4 Dbol 40mg/day + Test Prop 100mg/EOD + Proviron 25mg/day WEEKS 5-6 Test Prop 100mg/EOD + Proviron 25mg/day
Proviron 25mg/day WEEKS 9-14 Winstrol 50mg/EOD + EQ 400mg/Wk + Primo 300mg/wk WEEKS 15-17 Clen 7-8/day + T3 100mcg/day

When your bulking, eat to bulk, train to bulk and do minimal cardio. When your cutting, watch the cals closely, high reps, and hit the cardio hard. Remember, Diet, Rest, and High Intensity Training are the keys, the juice is only icing on the cake... BTW: I love the cycle, 6 weeks on bulking is right on!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Since you haven't trained consistently in a long time sudden strength gains can result in damage to unprepared tendons. This is especially true if you used to lift significant poundages as you will regain strength all that more quickly. My advice would be to train for several months first or stay away from any low rep lifts. Sorry if I'm a downer but this happens and many times you won't realize the extent of the damage until the juice is out of your system. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
