i work out 5 days a week Mon-Fri. i change my routine every week so i dont always do the same body part on the same day as well as change between dumbell and straight bar each week.

I've done in the past- 1, 2, 3,4 and 6.

Got the biggest so far on one day, but also gained too much fat. Had the 52"chest but also the 42" waist....lol.

Just switched to 4 days from 2, switching emphasis this season from strength to muscularity.

I just switched up my routine from 5days to 3 days a week. I am primarily trying to build mass in major muscles so I'm not doing 20 different excercises a day. although I cant seem to get out of the gym in less than an hour and 3/4.

sun- off
mon- legs/ shoulders
tues- off
wed- chest/ bi's
thurs- off
fri- tri's/ back
sat- off

I'm gonna switch them back and forth every week because after a leg session my stamina is down a bit for my shoulders, so next week its shoulders first and so on. I throw forearms and stomach around wherever. I cardio once a week at the gym cause I like outdoor shit like rollerblades and jetsking(stand-up) in the summer.

I'll post if i see different results from this new routine.

I go 2 on and 1 off, 2 on 1 off minimum.
I postpone days off if the next muscle
to work is not sore...in other words
3 on 1 off or 4 on 1 off. I average about
5 days a week.

i work out 8 days a week, 366 days a year, and take 3x the dose of andro, thats my secret.....straight from the mouth of the bigest guy u will ever see in a nyc club


i follow Biz, that workout seems to be perfect, and if i dont feel like working out one day for whatever reason i just take it off and push it back a day, no biggie at all

I just lay around on my ass in my trailer, watch "Body of Work" over and over, and take all the EAS products I can fit on my credit card.

Really 5-6 days on per week and days off when my body tells me I've had enough.

some guys are saying they do chest on mon shoulders on tues well yourve already worked your shoulders a bit with chest so your over working body parts you wont see results as much i say chest on mon and shoulders thurs....

I tweek it every so often do to my work schedual and if my buddy will be there for spots. I NEED a spotter on leg and chest days.

I hit every muscle group once per week (if off) and twice per week(if on).

I usually try to mix up the days-a-week. Sometimes I go 5 days a week and other weeks I only go 2 days.

I change my workout about every six weeks.
Currently ------------Four days week.

1) Chest, Triceps
2) Back, Biceps, Rear Delts
3) Shoulders, Calves
4) Legs, Abs, Forearms,

Cardio 30 min every day

Two days off

Start over.

Goal is maximum intensity in the shortest period of time, in and out 1 � hours with cardio.

5 days a week

Mon chest, and triceps abs calves
Tue back, biceps
wed legs
thu shoulders abs calves
Fri whatever body part is lagging usually chest.

I take sat and sun off

Chest/Triceps/Calves (PM workout)

Day Two:
Back/Biceps/Forearms (PM workout)

Day Three:
20 min. Cardio/ABS (Early AM workout)

Day Four:
Quads/Hamstrings (PM Workout)

Day Five:
Shoulders/Traps (Late AM Workout)

Day Six:
Biceps/Triceps/Calves/Forearms (Late AM Workout)

Day Seven:
Rest

I am very lucky with my job work schedule so I get to eat a lot and often and sleep a lot as well. So this is not to much.
