I just switched up my routine from 5days to 3 days a week. I am primarily trying to build mass in major muscles so I'm not doing 20 different excercises a day. although I cant seem to get out of the gym in less than an hour and 3/4. sun- off I'm gonna switch them back and forth every week because after a leg session my stamina is down a bit for my shoulders, so next week its shoulders first and so on. I throw forearms and stomach around wherever. I cardio once a week at the gym cause I like outdoor shit like rollerblades and jetsking(stand-up) in the summer.
