i have thin legs and a flat butt how do i get them larger.
are squats the man for the job

Sumo stance squats, ass to the ground. I don't care what anyone says about knees. Warm up properly and keep the reps as follows 20, 15, 12, 8 or 10. Sumo stance will hit the teardrop. Then move on to leg press and put your feet together, this allows you to get the sweep on your leg. These reps are a little heavier 15, 10, 8-10. Finally(if your not dead or puking!) I usually do either leg extensions or front squats using the smith machine (ASS TO THE GROUND) lighter weight. Reps 15, 15, 12.

squats and more squats, leg presses, leg extensions and any and all hamstring work. Do not forget about calf raises!

3 sets of 20 rep squats.
2 sets of 9-7 rep squats.
wide stance and ass to your heals on squats. makesure your knees don't go forward past your feet when lowering.

sldl same as squats

thrown in 2 sets of leg ext/leg curl suprsets

I can't even walk up the stairs of the gym after this.
