Sumo stance squats, ass to the ground. I don't care what anyone says about knees. Warm up properly and keep the reps as follows 20, 15, 12, 8 or 10. Sumo stance will hit the teardrop. Then move on to leg press and put your feet together, this allows you to get the sweep on your leg. These reps are a little heavier 15, 10, 8-10. Finally(if your not dead or puking!) I usually do either leg extensions or front squats using the smith machine (ASS TO THE GROUND) lighter weight. Reps 15, 15, 12. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

3 sets of 20 rep squats. 2 sets of 9-7 rep squats. wide stance and ass to your heals on squats. makesure your knees don't go forward past your feet when lowering. sldl same as squats thrown in 2 sets of leg ext/leg curl suprsets I can't even walk up the stairs of the gym after this. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
