I knew you were gonna mention than place Strength  Have you actually used and what was the taste like? I am so fed up of almost throwing up from some of the protein shit I am drinking. So far the best I have tried is EAS simply Whey and that was pretty bad as well. I have used Prolab, Holland & Barrett, Nutri Sport and many more and have yet to find something that I actually look forward to drinking. Peace | ||

IG, mate it is the best thing I have ever bought, honestly! Having 15kg means you will never have to 'ration' again. It is fairly tasteless (similar to marvel but finer) so it can be had on it's own. I have been experimenting with it and have been compiling my own recipie book! Including the following: Chocolate, Strawberry, Mixed berry ice smoothie, Peanut butter, etc. etc. This weekend I invented this one: Lemon Merange Pie Protein Drink. 3 scoops whey I am going to get a sack of Maltodextrin next from another supplier http://www.tmof.com .When you realise just how much we are all being ripped off buying branded products you will never buy them again. | ||

I buy my whey at Nutri Sport, �79 for 5Kg Whey and �59 for 5Kg 90+ protein. Taste quite good if you add exta sweetener. IG, Holland&Barrett??? You must have been feeling desperate......LOL That brand is like third-rate.....good for supplements though. Godspeed | ||

I'm with caiza on this one.If you are looking to put on some serious size with minimal fat intake then go with what he recommended. Mixed with semi-skimmed milk/100 gms protein,10gms fat per serving. Iron ghost, are the shakes that your having protein shakes or weight gain shakes. If theyre protein shakes what kind of whey is it. What prices do nutri sport do on whey isolate. Im getting mine for 13.50 for 900gm of ion exchange isolate. | ||

Strength you have convinced me, Im gonna try it Fonz, can get Nutri Sport Whey for �50 not �79 online Holland and Barrett Ionic exchange whey for only �11 Although taste is like mud in my opinion. Peace | ||

I know Steve (Mobster) had an offer on when I got mine where if you get two, it works out 10 or 20 quid cheaper. I got my mate at the gym to get one as well. |
