You need to develop a work out schedule. Every one is different, so you need to figure out what is best for you. This is what i do: Sunday: chest; Monday: Back; Tuesday: Legs; Wednesday: Shoulders; Friday: Bi's and Tri's. I take Friday and Saturday off. I do at least 4 exercises per muscle group. Hope this helps. P.S. I work my muscle groups once a week. I think working them twice a week would be overtraining. Some of the bros may have a different opinion. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am on a three day split, but I usually get 4 workouts in every 7 days. That means one group gets more then once a week. It is hard to accept that in a 8 week AS cycle, that you are only going to be working your arms or back (my weak point) 8 times. Better make each workout count. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
