I have looked through the search and have found limited experiences with Phlogel and fina. I need more info on the effectiveness of this route of administration in order to make my decision on future use. Phlogel/Fina has an absorption rate of approximately 80%. Compare this to 100% for inj and 20-50% for oral consumption. The DMSO will make you stink like shit.  | ||

When you guys are taking the fina with the phlojel, are you doing it three times a day, or just once? I think I read somewhere that it must be administered more frequently if you go the trans dermal path. I just got a kit from A, but I would still like to try phlojel. Does it really allow you to absorb 80%? | ||

80% absorbtion rate is definately acceptable. So in order to get approx. 75mg you need to mix it with 5 pellets. Are you compounding the mixture before hand or just before administration? ------------------ quote: | ||

I use the Finasol/Finahol methods. Only about 50% absorption - but fina is cheap, so 3 carts per cycle (6weeks) isn't too bad + it's very convenient. I plan on injecting before long to see the difference, but this method >does< work and there's >no< risk of infection... | ||

It is applied once a day usually at night prior to retiring, then wrapped in plastic wrap and if necessary a ace bandage, this is all to keep it on the skin and the pores open. Take it off in the morning and clean the area, the fina should have been absorbed if you ground up the pellets fine enough, although you will have some Phlojel left over. LongTime
